Part 1 of this class covers how to colour, what can be cut, stencilling a die, different types of brushes to use, heat embossing + the unusual like Wet Ones and Smooshing. Normally we use the 'positive' cut of the die but what do we do with the negative? Learn how to use the 'negative' and then combine them to produce a beautiful decoration or feature. Using all these things above, create your own embellishments or decorations which will save you money and give you the satisfaction that you made it! Bring with you consumables such as double sided tapes, glues, 3D foam tapes etc - all other equipment and materials will be supplied.

Part 3 is using gilding flakes and a variety of foiling techniques, sands and velours, stamping, glass paint, chalkboard papers, aluminium foil, fabrics, cork + more! We will also be doing some inlay techniques to create some impressive decorations/embellishments suitable for any of your projects. Have a play with layered die cuts with different materials other than just card stock + Nesting dies can be used for many projects - we will have a play with these as well using products you may not have thought of.

Part 4 is all about using liquid inks on die cuts - Pigment and Alcohol. We will create backgrounds to cut the dies from but also use the inks directly on the die cuts using different tools like applicators, straws and compressors. We will also add decorative foils on top of the inks to give a metallic shine to the die cut.

Inking Part 2 will involve how to use different tools such as die cuts and stencils using the techniques learned in Part 1. Enhance a die cut - there are so many ways you can do this including dimensions, wet embossing over the inks, accents using glitters plus more. Use background stencils with ink to not only have an eye-catching background, but you can also change it up to be a decoration. In addition, using decorative stencils to create your own embellishments is not only very cheap alternative to buying them, but will give you so much pleasure and pride because you made them! By the end of this class, you will be amazed at what YOU can create!

Now that we have used inks in every other way, let's look at stamping and texture. This Module will cover using an acrylic block along with the acrylic corner, a stamp press and a M.I.S.T.I. We will go through how to colour the stamps with one colour and multiple colours, using different tools, and we will also use ink with stamps when we want to use markers, pencils or alcohol pens. Plus, we will delve more into heat embossing!

Liquid Inks are amazing and so much fun to do!! This Module covers both Liquid Pigment and Alcohol Inks - we will use different tools to create unique designs and we will also use foils to highlight parts of our designs. Australia Post delivery throughout Australia for one book is approximately $11.55. An optional extra would be 'Signature on Delivery' which is an extra $2.95. Should the postage costs be less than this, a refund will be sent to you.
Express Postage option is also available for all orders within Australia.
The estimated delivery time for standard delivery within Australia is between 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched. Express Postage would be next if you are located in an Australia Post Express Delivery Area (2-3 business days otherwise).
